I have been using Kollo liquid collagen for a couple of years now and the results are amazing. Marine collagen is collagen sourced from fish. Ours is Naticol® 4000, a premium hydrolysed marine collagen. Hydrolysed means it is broken down into small peptides that mix easily and are simple for the body to absorb. It is naturally rich in type I collagen, the type found in skin, hair and nails.

I have been using Kollo for many years now and wouldnt be without it. It tastes great too which meant it was very easy to get into a daily routine, which for me is highly unusual!! My hair and nails in particular are strong and resilient to everyday demands, and others have commented or noticed. Others cannot see the relief and strength I have felt in my joints and body. Some would argue that marine collagen does not target those areas, I beg to differ.

I’ve been taking Kollo marine collagen since 2022 and can honestly say I wouldn’t be without it now. I have tried a few cheaper brands ( endorsed by celebs and the “GEEKY” ones ) however they never gave my skin the glow that Kollo did. Was sceptical about powdered Kollo due to my love of the original liquid gold favourite.
