I didn't take a photo at the start of using Kollo so I don't have a visual record of progress but I think it is helping 🤣
My ankles seem to click less and my nails are stronger. I assume I would really notice the difference it's making if I stopped taking it but I don't want to risk that. Love that the sachets can be recycled and the flavour is nice, though I prefer mine in water as neat is a bit too much for me.
