Did you know you can recycle your Kollo sachets!

Ever since we started, we wanted the planet to be at the heart of our brand. But as a young business, sadly recyclable sachets were out of the question. But we have invested in a process which allows us to use TerraCycle®️ to recycle your sachets.

We're committed to providing you with a product that has minimal harm to our planet, which is why we chose to work with TerraCycle®️ “Zero Waste Box™️” solution. This means once you've saved up a large envelope worth of empty sachets, we'll email you a return label to post these back to us to TerraCycle®️ which in result transforms 100% of our empty sachets into reimagined new goods.

Here’s how to recycle with us:

Step one - Save up a large envelope worth of empty sachets. We want to keep our recycling scheme as efficient as possible so please ensure you have at least 28 empty sachets ready to send back.

Step two - Email us at info@kollohealth.com and let us know you’re ready to recycle your sachets and whether you require a Royal Mail or Hermes return label for these.

Step three - Print the label we send you from home and post back to us! If you don’t have access to a printer, use the QR code we provide for you and show at your local Royal Mail delivery office or Hermes shop (depending on your preferred choice) who will be able to facilitate this.

And job done! We’ll sort the rest and TerraCycle®️ your sachets. As for the other packaging that Kollo arrives in such as our red Kollo boxes and the boxes which these are delivered in are constructed from cardboard and can therefore be recycled at your local facility.
