Kollo has been part of my routine for a number of months now and with being a professional athlete comes the intense training and competition schedule, not to mention the injuries that unfortunately often do occur. Having ruptured my Achilles a couple years ago I understand the importance of keeping your muscles, ligaments and tendons strong. Collagen is a key protein that provides the elasticity and regeneration of these connective tissues making it a key component in maintaining and developing strength, which is extremely important in a very physically demanding sport like Rugby.
